It is expected that family will ask for you to check-in on their loved one to see how they are doing. Evey’s Check-In features allows staff to record a check-in with a Swipe and a Tap. Now you can show them a record of precisely what time the check-in occurred and who performed it.

Evey won't let you forget
Evey's scheduling feature is the solution for those times when you need to perform care that a family member typically provides or when a physician requests a resident be checked on at set intervals. When care is scheduled, all active staff members are reminded via push notifications on their mobile devices.
If care has not been recorded within 15 minutes of the scheduled time or within a time window, notifications are sent every five minutes until the care has been completed.
Scheduling is an effective way to ensure care is performed and recorded.
You can even use Evey’s scheduling to remind you of a resident’s birthday.
